iph 4 issues...Please help!

Can anyone please assist me with how to fix either of these 2 problems on my iph4?

1) Im sure there used to be the icon for a microphone to do voice to text in my message area when I first got it. Then I downloaded an emoticon app that I think "stole" the place of that microphone for its button.
I removed the emoticon app, & now I still dont have the microphone.
Any suggestions how I can get it back? Or any other way I can get a voice to text button?

2) Im told that iph4 doesnt have siri. Is this true? And is there any way to make it compatible & upload it?

Siri and dictation are not supported by iPhone 4, so there really couldn't have been a microphone icon on the keyboard or Siri on your iPhone 4 at any time (if it's truly an iPhone 4 and not a 4S for example). There's nothing that could be done to have Siri on iPhone 4.

iphone 4 issues during a call

Hello all,

I have a iphone 4 that i'm giving to my dad but i want to sort the sound issue out first. I read somewhere to blow in the microphone i.e. dust. I have been having trouble with calls/sound breaking up on calls. it breaks up on their end, i hear them fine. how do i sort this issue??? any ideas?
