I wanted to reset a jailbroken iPhone 1 and hit the "erase all content & settings" button.
Now it's not booting anymore so there's no way I can connect to it with iTunes.
I previously disabled the logo during boot, so I see the scrolling text, but it gets stuck after "Setting dormancy intervall to 5000 ms ..."

Is there another way to reset it?

You can't brick an iOS device. Put it into DFU mode (Google it) and restore it with iTunes.

never do this on a jb device for the 1,000,000 time dfu restore and rejailbreak that will fix your so called bricked device. And yes that's your option.
