iPhone 11 audio issue

I plugged in the EarPods that came with it and they didn't work. I plugged in a different set and they didn't work. I restarted the phone with the EarPods plugged in and it worked.

So that problem was solved. Not sure why that happened. But now the audio cuts out every 10 seconds or so, and only for around 1 second. Anyone else have this issue or know why it's happening?
