I got myself an iPhone X on launch day and suffered from really bad headaches, dizziness and bad vision. After many doctor visits the cause was pin pointed to the iPhone X and it’s OLED screen. I switched to an iPhone 8 Plus and immediately felt fantastic. I tried the XS for a few days when that came out and my symptoms were even worse. Didn’t even bother trying the iPhone 11 pro. What about the 11 though? Despite the fact that it uses an LCD screen I have read mixed reviews regarding headaches and eye strain. Can the iPhone 11 somehow cause the issues that the OLED iPhones cause ?

iPhone 11 might be the last new iPhone you’ll be able to buy with a LCD so I’d jump on it. Rumors say next year all iPhones will be OLED which doesn’t fair well with people affected with the problem you’re describing.
