Wouldn’t an iPhone 11 with A13 be faster than an iPad 8th generation with the A12? Especially in cpu tasking jobs like video and photo editing?

Therefore the only advantage to the iPad is larger screen?

And Apple Pencil support. And cheaper price. And in general it is a completely different device-class (Smartphone vs. Tablet). 🤪😉

Something to also keep in mind is that the iPhone 11 has more RAM than the iPad 8th Gen:
