iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Max Pro WIN 10 Back Up and Recognition in Preferences

I have been trying to sort out an issue I have with the above and Windows 10. I set up my iPhone 11 on iTunes but found the back up was not recognised afterwards. With Apple support, I set up a new user in Win 10 and all was fine with all devices backed up and recognised in the Preferences and the Apple folder for the back up. We transferred these back up folders to the initial user and found again that they were not recognised. Then we uninstalled itunes and reinstalled. No luck! Another back up done, no luck! So basically the problem is that the Primary user after the iPhone 11 installation, does not recognise the back up folder in devices tab in Preferences and shows in the Summary that the Iphone 11 Max Pro has never been backed up despite using a proven back up file and with a new user and new itunes, the iphone 11 Max Pro does recognise the back up and indicates there has been a back up and allows, if needed, a restore to back up option which the primary User set up does not! It sounds and easy fix as just, use the working User but, it isn't, as always, just that simple. PLEASE HELP!
