Hello, my 1,4 years old iphone 11 pro dropped battery health from 93% to 88% in a week time. I just updated to ios 14.4 hoping for it to be a bug but 88% persists.

i have an iphone x 3 years old with 85% of battery health.

i am very concerned. I charge it wirelessly every night, as iphone x did.

88% after 16 months looks to me like i might have a faulty battery.

any people here with iphone 11 pro to compare?

iPhones batteries aren't meant to last over 12 months. Don't listen to the naysayers. A fresh battery will last significantly longer, not just 15% longer. Buy one.

I naysay and say I’m reading some serious fixation on numbers here.

op if you think that the phone doesn’t give you enough battery life have it replaced otherwise ignore

I wouldn’t consider the battery situation too much. It’s a chemical reaction trapped in a box, it will degrade further all the time. When it gets to the point of not being good enough just have it replaced.

Btw don’t listen to any comments making generalised statements as if they were facts. They usually aren’t.

Looking at purchasing a 1.5 year old iPhone 11 Pro from a friend.

The battery health is at 89%. Should that be a concern?
