Hi all, I am encountering an issue for my iPhone 11 Pro. Sometimes the phone hangs and restarts with lines during the apple logo which is stuck in a loop. Sometimes the phone works fine too.
Therefore, I attempted to update and do a clean install of the iOS. But I was not able to put the phone in DFU mode nor it is detected by iTunes, despite several attempts
What’s weird is, i was able to put it into recovery mode and the computer was able to detect it. Tried to update the iOS but will fail around 21%.
I used another software to do the firmware installation. But the results are the same too. As the log shows, the process fails when the phone tries to kick into dfu mode after the firmware is unpackaged and uploaded.
Any ideas?
