iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Pro long exposure

Hi All, on the iPhone 11 pro is it possible to take long exposure shots in daylight or is night time only. I think about those cool shots you see that freeze the watch on waterfalls etc

Not sure on iOS 13.X but third party apps certainly can. You might want to consider a tripod though, day or night if you want results that can be used other than web.
