iPhone 11 Pro iPhone 11 Pro Max Display Problem (Dolby Vision)

Hi, I got my new iPhone yesterday.
I started playing around with it and notice some problems with the display in the evening.

I wanted to see how good the display is and watched "Our Planet". Right at the beginning, the display started flickering (getting bright and darker). Display brightness was all the way up.
I figured it might be something with Dolby Vision.

I tried it as well with one of my Apple Movies (Bad Boys) and had the same experience.
Watched the first 3 minutes of the movie and had again a flickering display.

Does anybody have the same issue?
What do you think is this a hardware or software problem?

I'd contact/return it to Apple

You can do a screen capture of the problem and show the video to Apple.

Yes I will be returning it and getting a new one.

You can do a screen capture of the problem and show the video to Apple.

A screen capture probably won't show it as this seems like a hardware problem with the display/driver. A recording from another device as in the OP would be alright though.

Not sure if it’s a hardware problem. But better return it and get a new one.
