I just purchased a new iPhone 11 Pro Max. After my old iPhone XS. went damaged wont turn on.
My physicAl sim is Telus mobility and my esim was freedom mobile. I keep getting a looping activation lock every time I try to add the QR code on my iPhone. I’ll attach photos. I enter all correct information. My only thing I can think of is when I got the phone I put in new SIM card and then restored from backup iCloud. It asked me to keep same network primary sim and secondary esim, and I left it the same. Ever since it’s fully restored I tried twice to add two different new QR code from mobile store it goes into the loop. I’ve removed my old iPhone from apple id iCloud . And I’ve also removed my iPhone 11 off find my and then turned phone on and it reset activation lock (apple support told me to do it)
My question is this: my iPhone 11 is fully backup on iCloud. If I remove my iPhone off iCloud then delete factory reset, will I loose everything (won’t be able to upload a previous backup off iCloud) or am I fine to do so?
I wanted to try this to fix my esim issue , as I’ve done everything else I think. Please help :( three days gone
