iPhone 11 Pro Iphone 11 Pro Max On/Off after shutdown

I've owned a lot of iPhones so this behavior seems different to me. I'm not sure if there is something wrong
with my On/Off phone but is anyone else noticing it takes significantly longer to shut down and then turn the phone back on? It feels close to 1 minute after a shut down before the power on Apple logo appears.

Anyone else?

Restart after shutdown, 4 seconds until Apple logo appears.
11 additional seconds until lock screen.
That’s 15 seconds, or 1/4 of a minute.
 
I've experienced this on my XS Max as well. Also, did Apple change the way to Power On the iPhone? To turn on, I would just hold the Power button for a few seconds until the Apple logo...now the Power button no longer works alone to turn the phone on. I have to press and hold down the Volume Up along with the Power button....I know that is how to Power Off the phone, but it was never that case to Power On...

Absolutely not. The usual “old” way is still current, ie just the power button.

Good I also swore I noticed it starting at the end with my XS Max and not just when I got the 11 Pro Max. Haven't actually shut it down and started it up other than updates lately to test again. I could easily take 15-30s before holding the power would start it again if I manually shutdown.
