I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max I have had it for about 1 month the problem is talking on the phone even with the volume up to the highest it's very difficult to hear the person talking, this is with the phone on speaker, FaceTime, or just having the phone up to my ear, also when it's on Bluetooth in the car I have to have my phone at and have to turn up the volume in the car really high. I have also tried it with a case on and off it's the same, called Apple last night they ran diagnostics, had me reset my phone with the recovery method the issue is the same.

Anyone else having an issue like this? Also the software is up to date wanted to make sure it wasn't a software issue, I have it setup so the software updates automatically and Apple support would have me do that anyway.

I seem to be having the same issue with when receiving/making calls. I can't even hear the person well enough to use the phone in this manner. Even using the speaker phone the sound is still very muted comparatively speaking. This is incredibly irritating because I am not in a place to be able to take calls that everyone can hear.
