Assuming that you don’t have a filtered purified room to install it in, my go to method that I learned from someone else (probably here!) is turning on a shower in the bathroom an letting it run for 5+ minutes on extra hot. The steam will help remove loose flying dust from the air. Put the protector on in that steamy environment after thoroughly cleaning/de-linting the screen, and you’ll probably be good to go.

I order my screen protectors in advance, also use the Spigen GlasstR with the alignment jigs. When the phone arrives, I unbox it, remove the Apple ‘film’ and immediately install the protector. No dust yet.
That's the way to do it! And that's How I did it. But I first applied the Spigen Glas.tR Nano Liquid first. I'll have to wait till tomorrow to actually install the screen protector.
