I would suggest doing a quick search on Facebook Marketplace to get a ballpark. Prices will likely drop a little after the 12s are announced, but in my experience, one-year-old iPhones hold their value quite well.

Usually the Pros only drop by $100, but this year could be interesting depending on how strong demand is for the non-pros (especially the mini), we could see a heavier drop in prices than usual. I'd say hold tight for now anyway, the more you can wait, the cheaper it gets.
