Hello,

I bought an iPhone 11 Pro unlocked at Apple and when I check my devices on the Verizon app or online website it shows a picture of a generic white phone.

Anyone have the same phone and same issue? I checked the IMEI number and it is the right one.

I’m on AT&T and had this for a few days. It finally updated and shows the 11 pro in my device status on my at&t app. Took about 5 days.

I've had that happen from time to time over the years. It doesn't really matter, and I never found a way to 'fix' it - once a few years ago I even talked to VZW TS about that because it bugged me. They had no fix, other than to recommend that I always buy my phones from VZW. Uh, yeah, right...

Same thing here, it does show thought that it is a SB iPhone 11 Pro Max... I had unlocked phone before and did receive carrier updates, don’t know though that I received all of them during that time

This is common for new devices. Even iTunes doesn't show the Pro 11 model image when you do a restore, it shows the XS.

Thanks everyone so far.. Verizon updated the website but now the app shows the generic image.

I wouldn't worry about this too much. It is just this device is not in their database to show the right image because it is not "Verizon". It will eventually be updated or never. I switch from SIM to eSIM and shows the same thing on my T-Mobile account.

Anyone else have this issue? Just wondering.

I am also having the same issues, but don't look too much in it. Mostly likely its being the imei was not in their database to match the image too. As Long as your phone work you should be fine. I think they will update it eventually

The images on my account were like that too—for two SIM-free models from launch day. It just updated this morning and now phone details also show the correct models.
