Good evening! Need help deciding.. I have an iPhone 11 Pro with 2 months of use without a scratch available, as well as an iPhone 13 completely new I can purchase at good values. I love the 11 and can't seem to see advantages of the 13. Can anyone give me any feedback please?

Camera and battery life should be better on the 13. Notch is also smaller of this makes a difference for you and the 13 will be supported longer with updates

I personally love the 11 pro but know the 13 is a logical choice. Afraid of the aluminium body and not being a pro version..

I’d say if you can’t see the advantages of the 13 then stick with the 11 Pro. I loved my 11 Pro for the time I had it, perfect size, nice weight, very good camera and an amazing display. I upgraded to the 13 Pro for ProMotion since I have it on my iPad and notice it and shooting videos in HDR is really nice but otherwise the 11 Pro was great. I gave that phone to my mom.

My biggest concern with 11 Pro is smaller RAM compared to the latter series. So every time you open the Camera app it pretty much reloads every app in memory. That’s my primary reason for upgrading to 13 Pro and the second being ProMotion/5G.

I bought a refurb 11 Pro Max last July and love it. It seemed like a good choice because I don't need 5G speeds, and I have no regrets.

Would personally go with the 13

Better camera
Better battery life
Bigger screen
Faster processor

The only thing the 11 pro has over it is the telephoto lens.

What do you mean by afraid of the aluminium body?
I've read about people complaining about the aluminium bodies loosing colour / easily scratching when used with covers...

Can anyone confirm if this is true? People with the 13 and with case, do you notice easy wearing of the colour?

I have had no issues with the color on the iPhone 13 wearing off by using a case. I know the anodized aluminum on the Red variants have been bad for it in the past, but I personally have never seen the issue with any of my phones that have had aluminum sides.

Up until the iPhone X all iPhones were aluminum (besides the iPhone 4, 3G and 3GS) and none of them (besides black iPhone 5) had this issue. I don’t think this problem is that widespread.
