iPhone 11 Pro XMM 7660 LTE vs iPhone 13 X60 modem for cell signal as well as building penetration? Is the 13 a decent upgrade?

I have the 2022 SE which has the same modem as the 13 (but no UWB and only 2x2 MIMO), and my wife has an 11 pro. She regularly has no repetition in places I have 2 bars, and my signal is noticeably faster in low reception areas too.
