Hey there,

I'm really enjoying my 11 Pro experience so far. Well, minus the iOS 13 sh*t-show obviously :)

With my XS Max last year everything was fine, until I installed a second sim for dual sim functionality.
From this day on, I had terrible call quality, dropped calls, bad data rates and reception.

I bought the 11 Pro, only put one SIM in it and suddenly, both sims worked flawlessly. No dropped calls on the XS Max, way better speeds, call partners could always hear me perfectly. Same on the 11 Pro.

This week I thought about selling the Max and reset it, so I put the second sim in the 11 Pro. And guess what: it's a complete mess all over again. Calls that were absolutely flawless days ago, now with two sim-cards, drop and sound like its 1991 again. At places were I was getting 50 Mbit down with 4 pars of LTE, i'm now at 6-8 when the stars align. Otherwise its 3 Mbit tops.

I've seen a few customers having massive problems with two sims, but it doesn't seem to be wide-spread.
What could be wrong here? I'm really at a loss, because now I have two carry both phones again to make them work.
