iPhone 11 ProMax won't connect Bluetooth to Mercedes E350

My 2014 Mercedes E350 has worked with all my previous iPhones.

Since getting the new iPhone 11 ProMax upgrade, there is no connectivity. My Mercedes actually recognizes the phone; however, when I try to connect, it fails every time. I think the problem is in my iPhone.

Has anyone else had this issue? If so, what has been the solution?

Just got the iPhone 11. Not connecting with 2016 Mercedes E350. Never had this problem before. Need this fixed definitely.
