Hi all,

I live in Europe and very soon traveling to the US and I was wondering if I buy an iPhone 11 simlock free in the Apple Store will this device work in Europe?

Model A2111*
  • FDD‑LTE (Bands 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 29, 30, 66, 71)
  • TD‑LTE (Bands 34, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42, 46, 48)
  • CDMA EV‑DO Rev. A (800, 1900 MHz)
  • UMTS/HSPA+/DC‑HSDPA (850, 900, 1700/2100, 1900, 2100 MHz)
  • GSM/EDGE (850, 900, 1800, 1900 MHz)

Thanks for the information and advice!

Greetings

Alex

Yes. :)

It will work very well. Keep in mind that European carriers use a few LTE bands that the US-spec iPhone does not support, so in some places you might get 3G instead (but in my experience this was very rare)
