iPhone 11 takes a long time to power off

Once I slide to power off the device, the screen goes black and it makes you think the device is off, but if you look at the screen in a dark room you can see that the LCD backlight is still on. It stays on for up to 30 seconds sometimes before it completely turns off. Has anyone else noticed this?

Same here.
There have been a few times I've did a shutdown on my 11 Pro Max and have difficulty turning it back on (freaks me out) until a minute later. I've never been in a dark enough room to notice the backlight is still on so I guess now I know.
