OK.I just got an iPhone 11 yesterday morning (delivered by Fed Ex, left on front porch btw). I opened up the box last night and turned it on. I did the swipe up to open on the hello screen...nothing...went to turn it off...nothing. Ok, I tried rebooting by holding power and volume buttons.... the slide to unlock shows up. Tried to slide it....guess what? nothing, except the 911 sos x showing up. Brand new, not even activated yet..Called Apple support, (closed of course) and wound up having online chat with "Justin" who told me to connect to itunes and update to latest ios, did that...nothing. Then "Justin" said to restore....nothing. Am I missing something? Did they send me a demo? I am going to the ATT store here in a few to see about exchanging it, seeing as how it's brand freaking new, unless there's some magic Jedi trick I have missed somewhere?

Also, guess I should make plain, I mean the swiping on the screen is producing absolutely zilch, nada, *****..I cannot swipe or swoosh or pinch or zoom anything. Also, the sim card from my opd 7plus is still in the 7 plus, not in the 11

Thanks for all the overwhelming responses. Got another iphone., but, at least I tried....thanks for your support
