The camera lens bump is pretty big on the iPhone 12 Mini and the other 12s.

I’m interested in cases that are designed to lay perfectly, solidly flat on its back. Cannot stand the wobble. Cheaper is better because I’m waiting/hoping for Magpul to come out with iPhone 12 field cases.

Much of the cheaper ones I’ve seen on Amazon so far have flat backs but with a raised lip around the lens bump.

Some for the Mini I believe may not wobble:

Apple Cases appear to not wobble (conflicting reports on these)
Casetify has some wobbleless Mini options
Catalyst, both have lay flat design
Mous has a couple for the Mini
Nomad Rugged Leather cases
Otterbox's popular cases avoid the wobble
RINGKE ONYX iPhone 12 Mini
RINGKE FUSION X iPhone 12 Mini (not 100% on the wobble here)
Speck has a number of cases that appear to lay flat
Spigen Tough Armour, Slim Armour and maybe a few others
UAG Urban Armour Gear has a number of no wobble cases

Please add more wobble-free case options you prefer for any of the 12 models.

Thanks for compiling that list. I am also searching for anti-wobble solution. I don't necessarily want to bulk up the phone with a case. I would be happy with a backplate that sticks over the back (maybe even with magnets) to create a level back surface. It would be great if Apple would just make the whole phone slightly thicker. They could fill the extra space with battery.

That’s a good idea, perhaps someone will pick up on this and develop an adhesive back plate for the 12 series that gives a flat back surface and some camera bump protection.

UAG civilian is flat with no wobble

I have been looking for this myself. Keep us updated if you find something!

I'm with you all. Please let me know if any of you have made any solutions here without a full case. I'd consider producing them ourselves...

I got a wood veneer sticker from WoodWe that is pretty close to my ideal solution. It's thicker than the camera *bump*, but not quite thicker than the camera lenses (but they protrude past the sticker by less than 1mm). The phone still wobbles, but it is so slight now that it doesn't bother me.

I got the walnut version. It's unfinished, so has a nice super matte texture (not at all like the pictures on the WoodWe website, which have a lot more sheen). The band between the camera bump and edge of the phone is super slim and I messed it up a little. If anyone gets one of these, I suggest starting in that corner when you stick it on.
