iPhone 12 display flicker issue...

Checking to see if anybody else is having this issue...just picked up my iPhone 12 Pro Max

I'm streaming...all of the video is blinking black randomly...nobody else streaming with me is seeing it...i suspect it's the phone...

i'm going to keep evaluating...but just checking to see if anybody notices it on any of the iPhone 12 variants...
