I’ve seen yellow hues, raised blacks, and yet the most consistent observation seems to be that most of these 12 or 12 pros (mini’s and maxes too!) just don’t really “pop” - but even 11 Pro’s do, or IMO, an SE/XR/11, at least reds and greens look vibrant.

Is this a new color profile & nocebo on my part or a QC issue?
I’ve never been a yellow tint/display lottery poast-my-factory-and-the-serial-number fella but holy hell, something seems obviously different about the displays this generation.

The “colors are just natural now” seems like a red herring in the service of Samsung display’s quarterly earnings. Just seems odd, I’d rather just have a damn LCD

But it’s entirely plausible I’m picky and this is completely the case [that the color profile has been tuned “natural” by Apple & Samsung, Displaymate et. Al are right about the high quality etc]
