What do you think?

This is great news!!!

I want a mini for Sprint / T Mobile.

It will be an upgrade. Looking for 128gigs.

I'm anxious waiting for pricing.

I'm returning a sealed in box SE Gen 2 that I don't want.

Still seems so far away, yet I remember in 2017 they announced the X in September and pre-orders were that Friday w/ the iPhone 8, but the first units were like 11/3 which was 6 weeks later.

However, for those of us looking forward to the 12 Pro Max, 10/23 won't mean much if the rumors of a staggered release are true. The only upside is that 10/13 will give us the info, and 10/16 will give us our ship dates.

Interestingly enough the iPad Air 4 still are not available for order.

Hopefully the announcement will reveal everything about Pros too, even if they are available later.

Popped into my local Vodafone store a couple of hours ago to talk about my contract coming to an end this week and the sales person let slip that the 12 isn’t that far away and that they could well be doing a package deal with the Watch 6, but no official word as yet. So the waiting game continues for a little bit longer.

When the X launched significantly later than the 8 and 8+, Apple still announced everything at the same event. They would only hold two events if the Pro was significantly delayed and was coming in 2021 instead. Too many people would not buy the 12 in anticipation of wanting to know what the 12 Pro has, so I think Apple would be shooting themselves in the foot by not announcing the devices together.
