Hi everyone,

Had Iphones all my life and always used airdrop for extracting photos to my imac/ipad.

Is this way going to reduce quality in any way? Mostly videos I am talking here.

Looking to take advantage of the amazing video quality with the 12 pro to make little videos of days out. Get them onto my Imac and into Imovie etc

Thanks in advance.

Airdrop is fine and doesn’t affect the quality of your videos.

For simple edits (add clips, music and titles) iMovie for iOS on your iPhone works fine for what it does. It ain't no Final Cut Pro though.
