We received two iphone 12 pro units last month, used the old sim cards. Things worked well until I received a call waiting call, I could answer this call but then I could not get back to the original call that was placed on hold.
I tried this on the second phone calling from a landline and from my mobile, this didn't work whichever you way you attempted to make the calls. The swap button didn't work at all.
The hold button just flashed on and off and didn't let the call become unheld.
Does anyone know of any issues? Couldn't find anything else online and can't seem able to resolve it.
