I posted this over on the UK thread earlier but as it isn't a UK specific issue I've added it here too.

How are people finding the camera impacts on the battery usage? My 12 Pro came off charge at 5:30am and at 7.30pm was down at 35%, which I was OK with as I've been using it a lot over the course of the day. When I checked to see what was using the battery I was expecting it to be Safari primarily, but the biggest drain was made by the camera at 24%. The camera was only on screen for 23 minutes and I took maybe 20 daytime pictures. Seems like a lot of battery drain to me, is anyone else finding similar?

It might be normal, but I've got nothing to compare against.

Kind of hard to get a comparison as I'm sure other people use their phones differently.

That said, I took a handful of pictures and 1080p videos yesterday - didn't seem to hit the battery at all. The Camera is currently 2% on my "last 4 days" tally. Granted I don't use my phone heavily. But didn't seem to have any abnormal battery usage.
