Iphone 12 pro max - camera busted or what?

I tried to film in a dark room today and noticed this weird light effect ruining the shot,

I also always get blurry intense lens flair in photos but thats a new level of weirdness from what i bought to use

edit: well, seems my camera has been busted, thanks anyway
