Weird/random horizontal lines only appears in dark modes

Hello,
Weird horizontal lines appear in dark modes, appears while taking pictures and even in the pictures itself.
Anyone aware by this? Is that a software or hardware issue?
Issue is gone after a restart, then after a while it appears again...
