Iphone 12 pro max cellular update failed on Tmobile...anyone else?

on Tmobile....got a replacement 12 pro max from Apple...was working perfect for 2 weeks....tonight got the "Cellular Update Failed" message...thinking maybe SIM card replacement needed??...no troubleshooting steps worked...ie. reset network, etc....will try a restore in itunes before going to Tmobile store...anyone else get this?

Update...Apple is replacing the phone...T-Mobile blamed apple for the “Cellular Update” saying their engineers claim Apple sent this one out in relation to iOS 14.3.....of course Apple thinks T-mobile is responsible....restoring in iTunes made things even worse...couldn’t activate anything and could never get back to the Home Screen...
