I purchase an iPhone 12 Pro Max on Monday on iPhone upgrade program and shipped coming this wensday but no email with my proof of coverage what to do ?

no. normally at the time you purchase and it is shipped. check your spam/junk mail folder. Normally if you are on iUP, you will have applecare+ It's part of it.
