So far it looks like this is affecting every single iPhone 12 Pro & 12 Pro Max, Havent tested with the 12 or 12 mini but assume it will most likley be the same..
Just go to settings and scroll up and down. But to really notice it do it to a iPhone 11 model or any other older model as an example. Scrolling it just fine on my friends 11 Pro Max, my old 7 and 7 plus all is fine. 12 Pro max... Its SLOW and general phone use when compared it makes it feel like the screen has some sensitivity issues.
My friends 12 Pro Max is the same way. Along with the ones on display in AT&T and T-Mobile in the store.
