iPhone 12 Pro not charging

Picked up a 12 Pro yesterday and all has been well, but it charges at an absolute hellish rate. Using Apple 20w charger with MagSafe shows no movement in an hour. If I use same charger with included USB-C to lightning cable I see no major benefit.

anyone else having charging issues? Is it likely the handset or charging brick?
