Not sure whether any of the guys here have faced this issue. I have tried to reset my iPhone 12 Pro to factory default, restore it as new via iTunes without any backup and same restoration was done by a technician in the App store but issue persists. Below are the problems in brief I face the most when the issue occurs.
1. Cannot download Apps from App Stores
2. Cannot send/receive new emails in the default IOS Mail App
3. Photos/videos cannot upload to iCloud but no issues with OneDrive
4. Settings get time to load occasionally
5. Navigate to Settings and choose any installed apps to view my specific app settings, the screen just freezes
6. While doing call with Apple Support at the time of issue, they won't be able to do a screen mirroring even though I allowed it when the option pops up in my phone
7. Based on my previous experiences it would start with any one App and affect some other apps. Usually it affects almost all the default IOS updates and I won't be able to even connect to Software update Server for checks. The latest issues started when I made an attempt to download an App from App Store as mentioned in the point 1 after that it spread to multiple apps. For example if I Went to the Gmail App and tried to Add another mail account. It hangs and don't allow me to add new email account. While facing this issue when I try to launch some Apps for example Facebook Citibank et.c it just freezes and it could be any random apps. At the same time some Apps work perfectly fine. I can watch videos in YouTube and all.
8. Once I reboot the phones all these issues gets resolved and it would work fine for some days before the same happens again. This routine cycle and evidence collection has been going for nearly 2 months since I bought it during the launch.
9. Apple has tried to do a replacement for my phone and not sure whether it is a refurbished one or not but after getting this unit it was worst. Once the App Support technician handed over me the replacement iPhone saying everything is perfectly ok, I tried to make a simple phone call. When I opened the phone app, dial in the numbers using the keypad, the numbers dialed are not visible on the screen and it just freezes. I showed him this right away and he just rebooted the phone. Told me that everything would be fine now. The model number of the retail unit when I purchased was MGMT3ZP/A while the one I got as a replacement is NGMT3ZP/A. As per them it is a new phone and is a replacement unit.
