M mintakax macrumors regular Nov 24, 2020 #1 My iPhone 12 shows up as a wifi hotspot on my MBP, but it says "no service". Despite that it appears to function just fine. Any ideas why it says this? When I choose it as a hotspot, the phone switches to 5G and the internet seems to work fine.
