iPhone 12 Pro iPhone 12 Pro with IOS 14.4.1 & iPhone 11 running IOS 14.4.1

My iPhone 12 Pro running IOS 14.4.1 will not rotate the screen when Settings is selected. My Wife's iPhone 11 running IOS 14.4.1 will rotate the screen when Settings is selected. Several other APPS also fail on my iPhone.
The portrait lock is NOT on for both iPhones. Example Safari, Edge, Chrome APPS rotate the screen on my iPhone 12 Pro. Messages fails to rotate on the 12 Pro & rotates on the iPhone 11.

Does anyone have an iPhone 12 Pro running IOS 14.4.1 where the Settings APP will rotate? Thanks for your time.

dont have a 12 Pro to try on but Settings app rotate on my 12 Pro Max.

My 12 Pro doesn’t rotate on settings either. iOS 14.4.1

iPhone 11 behaves like a Plus/Max device, therefore the Settings are able to rotate.
On 11 Pro, 12 mini, 12 and 12 Pro it is like on the iPhone X or XS, no rotation...
