I had an issue with album covers not matching the artists on my phone but they are all correct on in itunes so I decided to update my phone the old school way threw itunes on my computer. Unfortunately I got an error #14. I have a 256 gig phone and only 150 gigs are used so i'ts not a full issue. Should I restore it to factory settings then restore from backup?

Back-up. Recovery mode. Restore. Also, are you using an apple cable? Sometimes switching that can help.
Can't do any of that. The phone is stuck like this.
Luckily it backed up before it tried to update

Nope! Apple support couldn't help fix it. They set me up to have best buy look at it. Had to sign a wavier letting them wipe the phone. 20 minutes later, the guy at geek squad handed me back my phone with everything on it with the latest update.
