I previously posted a thread about my wife's 13: iPhone Stops Charging With Non-Apple Lightning Cables

But now the problem has gotten worse in that it won't charge with any cable:

It appears to be charging. The little battery icon is green and the Battery settings screen says "Charging", but the percentage shown never changes:

The battery level chart seems to show that it was on a charger all night, but, for some reason, didn't charge at all. The battery is reported to be in good health:

Oddly, when I rebooted the phone, the percentage immediately went to 67%:

Coconut Battery seems to indicate that the battery is in good shape:

Any ideas here?

Here's another bit of oddness. The battery charge icon shows 95% but the Battery Settings app shows 88%.

Which is correct?
