iPhone 13 Pro Iphone 13 eSIM can’t be activated, missing Add Data plan

I just tried replacing my regular SIM with an eSIM on my iPhone 13 Pro but I couldn’t add it anyhow as the add data plan field was missing.

When I took the SIM card out Mobile data field was not accessible and was of different color.

I tried scanning the qr code but nothing happened.

After fiddling with it and being 24 hours with no phone I went and ordered a regular SIM card.

Anyone had a similar problem and figured it out?

Yes it was available. The operator supports it and they were trying to find a solution as well but I couldn’t wait any longer cause i was without a phone
