iPhone 13 Pro Max iPhone 13 landscape mode lagging/sluggish

Anyone else getting really sluggish scrolling in landscape mode in both safari and chrome?
Tried disabling. Promotion but still happens
Pinch to zoom also iinconsistent inresponsiveess.
Went back to my iPhone 12 Pro Max withios15 - not a problem
You guys think this is just a software issue or something wrong with my 13 pro max?

I just tried with my 13 Pro Max and in landscape mode, no sluggish scrolling, as smooth as the scrolling in portrait mode. I tried with Safari, have not tried Chrome. Maybe try Reset All Settings and see that helps.

Just tried it. No lag. Buttery smoothness.
