My battery health is showing 97% but the last couple days it's been acting weird where it's almost not wanting to charge. Right now it's at 6% and plugged in it's not getting any better. It's not hot or anything. It's showing the lightning bolt on the battery and does it's charging animation. Is this a known issue? Is there something I can do on my end to test things?

Could be a bad Lightning cable. If it's internally frayed, not much current is going through it. This translates to a really slow charge.

What are you using to charge it? Try plugging it into a MacBook, or known working USB-C Power source and see if it speeds up. Also, try swapping out lightning cables, or see if it's any faster with wireless charging. Then process of elimination to see what the issue is. I have had it slow because of a dirty lightning port as well.
