iPhone 13 Pro DTMF tones not always working on calls to automated menus

Hi all,

I have an iPhone 13 Pro with iOS 15.3.1. Lately I have had issues with the DTMF tones working on calls to certain menu driven call locations. Like when calling a business and it asks for you to input 1 for the directory or 0 for an operator. Many times (not always), no matter how hard or how many times I push the phone's number pad, I get no response. Anyone else have these issues? When I call from my home phone, these calls always work.

Same issue here on 12 Pro.. I find if I hang up and call again it works. Weird. And annoying.
