When I start the camera on my brand new iPhone 13 pro max it flickers or kind of shutters really fast. What causes this? Is this normal?

I just tried opening the Camera app on my 13 Pro Max and it does the very fast flickering as well. Never noticed it until I saw your post. Probably a bug.

Not that I know of since Apple is no longer signing iOS 15.0.1 anymore.
