Your Face
Title says it all, it usually stutters in the opening animation of a app, closing animation and in a few particular apps, my iPad Mini 2019 didnt stutter on iPadOS 14.8, it started stuttering the day i upgraded to 15, for the iPhone 13, i bought it with 15.3 about 3 weeks ago, and on that day i updated it to iOS 15.4.1, scrolling through the home page of the reddit and twitter app is horribly stuttery with autoplay on for videos and GIFs, i have a 50 Mbps connection, there is also a bit of stutter in Safari when i scroll up and then the bar comes onto the display. And finally the photos app stutters when there are multiple 4k 60 fps videos when i swipe to view the next photo/video, weird thing is that both my devices face the same type of stutters in the exact same places which has led me to believe this is not an issue with my particular unit but its with the OS itself, games itself runs smoothly, like PUBG(Constant LOCKED 60 FPS on HDR EXTREME) and Genshin Impact(60 fps for the 10 minutes after which throttling starts as shown by Golden Reviewer, pretty normal stuff), i have tried fresh installing iOS on both devices, the iPad i can understand, it was 400 dollars, but for the iPhone, no, i spent 1000 on this puppy (INDIA TAXES FTW). Also, india dosent have genius bars like the US, sooooo, we have authorized service centres, i dont want to take my phone/ipad to them, unless I diagnose that the problem is with the phone itself, as these are not operated by apple themselves, so, whats going on here?
Even The Geekbench for my iPhone 13 is 4618 and 13534 for the Compute Score and 3D Mark Wild Life score is 9002 , it says my phone is faster than 75% of the iPhone 13s and 3D Mark Wild Life Extreme score is 2488, it says my phone is faster than 50% of the iPhone 13s. While looking at the graphical things played while the benchmarks are running, i see that they get a good and constant FPS, without any stutters or jank, like the 15 FPS its supposed to get is pretty stable, even the graph shows it never dropped fps. While looking at the the scores of my iPad too, it tells me that the scores are about average and what I should be expecting
