So I have an iPhone 13 stopped switching on. I took it to a local shop they said a mother board fault. I decided to leave it I thought it was the battery? Is it worth a second opinion or could it be the mother board?

Could be mobo… could be battery… is the glass or body cracked? Could water have entered the device? Second opinion from another repair service always wise.
