I had a 12pro and optimised charging worked fine. However I can’t get it to work on my 13pro and it’s been 2 weeks! All settings are correct and my routine hasn’t changed. Very odd.
 
The topic was recently discussed already, I suggest you find the older thread to read up on more responses.
