I have been using Live Photos since it came out and I love it. It is an amazing addition for when I look back on photos I took years ago on Apple TV and get to remember the event looking at the photo as it bursts with movement and sound. Until the iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max using Live wasn't a downgrade but now this changes.

iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max carry a 48 MP camera but if you take a non RAW photo (HEIC) it gets downgraded to 12 MP. On iPhone 13 Pro/Pro Max and under, RAW cannot be use concurrently with Live. Is it also the same on the iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max? It would be really annoying having to take two photos, one in RAW and another in HEIC Live just to preserve the moment in the highest detail possible. I mean that's why most of us are upgrading this year, no?

More than likely RAW will not be able to be able to work with live photos just like with the 13 and I am 99% confident of that

14 PM Raw Pics, you decide.
